FAQ
What is your shipping processing time?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 5pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Are deposits non-refundable?
Deposits are unfortunately non-refundable. Once deposits are made they are given directly to the doctors office. A Surgery411 rep will be in touch within 24 hrs to ask for proper documentation such as passport and state issued ID. Documents that do not match will result in automatic cancellation. A 5% fee will be applied to all deposit cancellations.
Will you be with me at surgery?
We will be with you every step of the way. However, we do not fly with you for surgery. Unless you pay an additional fee to cover lodging and flight.
Are faja's eligible to be returned?
Unfortunately, fajas are unable to be returned as they are an intimate item.
