A Surgery411 rep will be in touch within 24 hrs to ask for proper documentation such as passport and state issued ID. Documents that do not match will result in automatic cancellation. A 5% fee will be applied to all deposit cancellations.

For the Dominican Republic we do. However, the minimum deposit is between $700-$1,500. We also offer payplans for our creative consultation services.

We will be with you every step of the way. However, we do not fly with you for surgery. Unless you pay an additional fee to cover lodging and flight.

Surgery is an elective procedure which means your surgeon may not perform any procedures they think are unnecessary. However, that does not mean they are right. Surgeons may deny your surgery for many reasons. One being they simply do not want to do the surgery, they may fear you are not a good candidate in health, size, or psychologically stable. After a consultation with our CEO, she will submit your photos to trusted surgeons in the netwrok to make a final determination.

Every pateint's financial, and social circumtances differ. Some patients arrive in the country or city 24-72 hours before their surgery. However, you will work closely with your coordinator to determine a plan that works best for you post operative.

Not all patients want to stay at a recovery house. Therefore, we help patients pick the recovery house best for them. For our patients traveling to the Dominican Republic we recommend staying in the recovery house, and hiring our vetted team of post operative professionals.

Patients that have underlying health conditions should reveal that prior to the start of the consultation. Depending on the health condition, we can determine if we have doctors to perform the procedure. Patients that do not have underlying health conditions will be successfully paired with a surgeon. Patients that reveal they have an underlying health condition will not charged until approved by a surgeon.
